Cilantro Pesto:
    1 1/2 cups of cilantro (or half cilantro and half parsley)
    1 teaspoon grated lemon
    1-2 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup pine nuts
Place all ingredients except nuts in food processor. Process until smooth as possible. Add nuts and process until they are finely chopped. Enjoy!
