Bacon-Basil-Tomatoes Vermicelli:
    12 slices bacon
    12 TB sliced green onion
    8 medium chopped fresh tomatoes
    4 tsp fresh Basil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 lb. vermicelli
    4 cloves minced garlic
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Save enough drippings to saute onions and garlic. Stir in Basil, salt & pepper. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta.
